Key Responsibilities
* Proofread and edit manuscripts for grammar, punctuation, spelling, clarity, and consistency
* Write and develop engaging and reader-friendly content across different genres
* Improve readability, sentence structure, and overall manuscript quality
* Coordinate directly with authors regarding edits, revisions, and content development
* Ensure all publishing material maintains high editorial standards
* Conduct research whenever required for content accuracy
* Handle multiple writing and editing projects within deadlines
Requirements
* B.A. English (Hons.) is mandatory
* Minimum 2 years of experience in proofreading, editing, creative writing, or publishing
* Excellent command of written and spoken English
* Strong grammar, vocabulary, and editing skills
* Creative thinking and storytelling ability
* Good attention to detail and time management skills
* Prior experience in book publishing will be preferred
* Knowledge of SEO-friendly writing is an added advantage
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
