Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller with experience in the finance or loan industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, explaining loan products, and assisting customers throughout the loan application process.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound inquiries.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
- Generate and qualify leads for various loan products.
- Follow up with customers to collect documents and complete the loan application process.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely loan processing.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system.
- Achieve daily calling and monthly conversion targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication.
- Resolve customer queries and provide timely assistance.
Required Skills
- Experience in telecalling for Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, LAP, Gold Loans, or other financial products.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong customer handling and follow-up abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM software.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Pay: ₹8,524.93 - ₹30,861.32 per month
