· Open office rooms and ensure proper ventilation.
· Sweep and mop all office floors (cabins, corridors, reception, meeting rooms).
· Clean and sanitize washrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors).
· Empty dustbins and replace garbage liners.
· Dust office furniture (tables, chairs, cupboards, window sills).
· Clean reception area and visitor waiting area.
· Wipe glass doors, glass partitions, and windows.
· Arrange chairs and tables properly in meeting rooms.
· Check drinking water area and clean water dispenser area.
During Office Hours
· Maintain cleanliness in common areas (reception, corridors, pantry).
· Clean spills immediately.
· Check washrooms every 1–2 hours and maintain hygiene.
· Refill hand wash, tissue paper, and toilet rolls.
· Collect garbage from departments if required.
· Assist in pantry cleaning after tea/coffee breaks.
Evening Duties (Before Closing)
· Collect garbage from all departments.
· Mop floors if required.
· Clean pantry and wash utensils if used.
· Switch off unnecessary lights and electrical appliances.
· Lock cleaning materials in designated place.
2. Office Boy – Daily Routine WorkMorning Duties
· Open office and switch on lights, AC, and fans if required.
· Prepare and serve drinking water in cabins and meeting rooms.
· Clean and arrange pantry area.
· Arrange newspapers in reception or management cabin.
· Check and refill water cans if required.
During Office Hours
· Serve tea/coffee/water to staff and visitors.
· Assist in meeting arrangements (water, tea, snacks).
· Handle photocopy, scanning, and document filing when required.
· Deliver documents within departments or nearby offices/banks.
· Assist admin team in office-related tasks.
· Maintain cleanliness of pantry and refreshment area.
· Receive and distribute courier/letters.
Evening Duties
· Clean pantry area and wash cups/glasses.
· Check meeting rooms and arrange chairs.
· Dispose garbage from pantry.
· Assist admin in closing activities.
· Switch off lights, AC, and fans when office closes (if assigned).
3. Weekly / Periodic Tasks
· Deep cleaning of office furniture.
· Thorough cleaning of window glasses.
· Cleaning store room or record room.
· Checking cleaning material stock.
· Pantry deep cleaning.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
