About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Business Development Executive (Sr. BDE) to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT services sales, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels such as LinkedIn, email marketing, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions and services.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth project handover.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM tools.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Mentor and support junior BDEs in lead generation and sales activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Business Development or IT Sales.
- Strong understanding of Software Development, Mobile Applications, Web Development, and Digital Solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and lead generation platforms.
- Ability to handle international clients and business communications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
