We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Hospital Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hospital. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth hospital administration, efficient patient services, and effective coordination among staff and doctors.

Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor medicine inventory and stock levels.
- Supervise hospital staff and maintain duty schedules.
- Monitor employee attendance and performance. Ensure smooth communication between departments.
- Maintain hospital records and administrative documentation.
- Handle billing, payments, and financial records. Maintain daily cash and account reports.
- Manage outpatient (OP) registrations and records.
- Ensure smooth patient flow and quality service. Address patient queries and coordinate support services.
- Schedule and manage doctor appointments. Coordinate consultation timings and patient appointments. Maintain appointment records and follow-up schedules.
Qualification :
10th Pass / Intermediate / Degree / Any Graduation
Experience :
2 to 5 years of experience in Hospital Management or Hospital Administration.
