E-Commerce Operations Executive
Gurgaon | Full-Time | Work from Office
Experience: 2–5 Years
Salary: ₹25000 – ₹30,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process all online orders received through website and e-commerce platforms.
- Check inventory availability and coordinate internal stock transfers.
- Coordinate with warehouse team for packing, labeling, and dispatch.
- Plan and coordinate shipments with logistics partners.
- Track orders from dispatch to delivery.
- Generate invoices and maintain order records.
- Track COD collections and payment reconciliations.
- Manage returns, exchanges, and reverse logistics.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Warehouse, and Customer Support teams.
- Maintain reports using Excel and Google Sheets.
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in E-Commerce Operations, Logistics, Inventory, or Order Management.
- Knowledge of Shopify, ERP systems, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
