Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Management
- Handle showroom walk-ins, online inquiries, and customer leads.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable modular solutions.
- Conduct site visits and measurements.
- Present design concepts, materials, finishes, and hardware options.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Design & Planning
- Design Modular Kitchens, Wardrobes, TV Units, Vanities, and Customized Furniture.
- Prepare 2D layouts and 3D designs using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or relevant software.
- Develop BOQs and project specifications.
- Ensure design feasibility for manufacturing and installation.
Quotation & Order Management
- Prepare detailed quotations and cost estimates.
- Follow up with clients for approvals and revisions.
- Convert finalized quotations into Sales Orders.
- Coordinate with Accounts for advance payments and documentation.
Manufacturing & Installation Coordination
- Coordinate with the production/manufacturing team for project execution.
- Ensure drawings and specifications are communicated accurately.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and installation teams.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Resolve customer queries and execution-related concerns.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business and referrals.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4–6 years of experience in Modular Furniture, Kitchens, Wardrobes, or Interior Projects.
- Strong sales and deal-closing abilities.
- Experience in quotation preparation, BOQ preparation, and sales order processing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software.
- Good understanding of furniture materials, hardware, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to independently manage projects from inquiry to handover.
Salary
₹45,000 – ₹65,000 per month + Performance Incentives
