About the Role
Olevea is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Visualizer to join our growing creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, typography, color, and layout, with the ability to translate ideas into engaging visual content across digital platforms.
You will collaborate with copywriters, strategists, account managers, and the creative team to develop impactful designs that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging creatives for social media, digital campaigns, websites, emailers, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
- Translate creative briefs into visually compelling designs that meet client expectations.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials.
- Work closely with copywriters and account managers to develop campaign concepts and creative executions.
- Create static creatives, banners, brochures, pitch decks, and other digital assets.
- Adapt and resize creatives for multiple platforms and formats.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Revise designs based on internal and client feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Visualizer or Graphic Designer, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Figma will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and translate them into impactful designs.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and branding.
- Knowledge of AI-powered creative tools is a plus.
- A strong portfolio showcasing digital, branding, and campaign work.
