Job Description – Lead Generation Executive

Location: Mumbai
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Lead Generation Executive for our jewellery business. The candidate will be responsible for generating potential business leads, communicating with clients through calls and online platforms, maintaining client databases, and supporting the sales team from the office.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead Generation & Client Communication
- Identify and generate potential leads for jewellery business through calls, online platforms, references, and databases.
- Contact retailers, wholesalers, and prospective clients to introduce company products and services.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients and update lead status.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team when required.
Sales Coordination
- Support the sales team with client information and market data.
- Coordinate with clients regarding product inquiries, quotations, and order status.
- Maintain proper records of client communication and lead reports.
- Assist in promoting new jewellery collections, offers, and schemes.
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and internet usage.
- Ability to handle client calls professionally.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualification
- Graduate in any stream preferred.
- Experience in telecalling, inside sales, or lead generation will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Language Preference
- English, Hindi, Marathi & other Regional Languages speaking preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
