Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Kadavur, Madurai Natham Road for a F&B Service Captain. The role involves a frontline supervisor responsible for managing a specific dining room section. They bridge the gap between management, the service staff, and the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and assisting guests. The role requires Shift & Station Management, Guest Relations & Order Taking, Service Supervision & Quality Control, Financial & Administrative Tasks and excellent customer service skills to provide a seamless experience for guests.
Qualifications
- Minimum Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent secondary education qualification.
- Preferred Qualification: A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or Catering Science.
- Industry Tenure: 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in a food and beverage service role (such as a Senior Server, Steward, or Waiter).
- Leadership Track: Proven experience working in a fast-paced dining environment with a solid track record of handling guest billing and team coordination.
- Proficiency in providing high-quality Customer Service
- Well-organized and capable of multitasking effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software are an added advantage
- Previous experience in hospitality or a related field is beneficial
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
