Job Description:
We are looking for an Escalation Manager to handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer issues. The candidate should have excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Handle client escalations professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quick issue resolution.
- Provide regular updates to clients.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Track escalations and prepare reports.
- Maintain SLA compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3–7 years of experience in client handling, customer support, or escalation management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM tools is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kochi, Kerala (Kochi): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
