We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong design sensibility, technical knowledge, and the ability to develop architectural concepts into functional and aesthetically appealing spaces. The role involves preparing design drawings, coordinating with consultants and site teams, and ensuring timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations.
- Prepare working drawings, presentation drawings, and construction details.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior consultants.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes and regulations.
- Assist in material selection and design development.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project teams.
- Prepare BOQs, specifications, and project documentation when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of architectural detailing and construction processes.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Minimum experience:3-5 years
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of interior design and 3D rendering.
- Experience in commercial, or hospitality projects.
- Strong visualization and problem-solving abilities.
- Time management and multitasking skills.
