Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator to operate and monitor CNC machines for precision manufacturing. The ideal candidate should be capable of reading engineering drawings, setting up machines (if required), ensuring quality standards, and maintaining productivity while following safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC Turning, VMC, or CNC Milling machines as per production requirements.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Measure components using Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, and other measuring instruments.
- Perform in-process inspections to ensure product quality.
- Replace cutting tools and offsets when required.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and perform basic preventive maintenance.
- Report machine abnormalities or production issues to the supervisor.
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Follow 5S, safety, and company manufacturing procedures.
- Record production and inspection details accurately.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of CNC machine operations.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments.
- Understanding of machining tolerances.
- Good attention to detail and quality.
- Basic troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Teamwork and communication skills.
