We are looking for a Technical Inside Sales Executive who will act as the bridge between customers, sales team and our internal production team. This role combines customer communication, quotation preparation, CRM management, and basic technical understanding of mechanical components.
On-Site Full-Time
- Receive and review customer inquiries related to 3D printed plastic and metal parts.
- Log and maintain all inquiries, quotations, and customer communications in HubSpot and the company’s internal cloud-based system.
- Prepare and share quotations with customers in coordination with the technical and costing teams.
- Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding order updates, dispatch timelines, and any production delays.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs
- 1–2 Years of experience as a career in technical sales within the manufacturing industry.
- Basic understanding of mechanical drawings and manufacturing terminology.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
