We are looking for a skilled and passionate Commi 2 (Continental ) to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing continental dishes, maintaining high food quality standards, and working efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook continental dishes according to standard recipes.
- Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure food is prepared and presented to the highest quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Commi 2 or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of continental cuisine and food preparation techniques.
