Job Summary
Ali Recruiters is hiring an Executive Assistant for a reputed interior design and furnishing company in Bilaspur. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and operational support to senior management, coordinate with clients and vendors, and ensure smooth day-to-day business operations including market visits along with the Director
Key Responsibilities
- Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior management.
- Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and official documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, architects, designers, and project teams.
- Prepare reports, presentations, MIS, and meeting minutes.
- Maintain records, files, contracts, and confidential documents.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Assist in project coordination and client communication.
- Support management in administrative and operational activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Admin Executive, Coordinator, or similar role with experience in Marketing field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
- Open to travel
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in the Interior Design, Architecture, Furniture, Home Décor, or Construction industry.
- Exposure to client coordination, project documentation, and vendor management.
- Strong follow-up and time-management skills.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in sales coordination, client handling, or business support functions. Familiarity with the Bilaspur market and willingness to travel for client meetings and market visits will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
