We are seeking a proactive and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative and operational activities. The role involves coordinating dispatch planning, managing customer orders, overseeing printing and store operations, handling client communication, and ensuring office and facility maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate daily order processing and dispatch planning.
· Prepare and maintain dispatch schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
· Coordinate with production, logistics, and transport teams for smooth dispatch operations.
· Track dispatched orders and maintain dispatch records.
· Resolve dispatch-related issues and ensure customer commitments are met.
· Maintain accurate stock records and inventory registers.
· Conduct periodic stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
· Provide updates regarding order status, dispatch schedules, and deliveries.
· Address customer queries and coordinate with internal departments for timely resolution.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of dispatch coordination and inventory management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP systems (preferred).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred)
- Candidate from Near by Local Area is majorly preferred.
Pay: ₹20,090.36 - ₹30,474.98 per month
