Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor laboratory experiments related to organic synthesis and API development.
- Handle reaction setup, reaction monitoring, and optimization of chemical processes.
- Perform literature review and develop suitable synthetic routes for new molecules/intermediates.
- Follow project planning meticulously and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Maintain proper documentation of experiments, reaction data, observations, and results.
- Perform data analysis and prepare technical reports based on experimental outcomes.
- Support process improvement, scale-up activities, and technology transfer initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and documentation requirements.
- Manage and coordinate with team members to achieve R&D objectives.
- Guide and support junior team members in laboratory activities.
Qualification & Experience:
- M.Sc. in Chemistry (Organic Chemistry preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Organic Synthesis and Pharma API Development.
- Hands-on experience in reaction setup, optimization, purification techniques, and analytical data interpretation.
- Good understanding of laboratory safety practices and documentation procedures.
- Ability to work independently as well as effectively in a team environment.
Pay: ₹414,012.42 - ₹1,694,192.16 per year
