Job Description:
We are hiring a Business Development Manager with experience in sales or face-to-face client interaction, preferably in the wellness and skin industry. Selected candidates will undergo 7–10 days of training in Chandigarh to understand company services, sales strategies, and client handling.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities and handle client consultations
Perform face-to-face sales and explain company services to clients
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to branch revenue
Follow up with potential clients and maintain sales records
Coordinate with the team for smooth service delivery
Eligibility & Requirements:
Experience in sales or face-to-face selling preferred
Knowledge or background in wellness / skin industry is an advantage
Good communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Target-oriented and confident personality
Willing to attend 7-10 days training in Chandigarh

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
