Job Summary
The primary objective of this role is to act as the "face" of the clinic on the floor, ensuring a seamless patient journey from entry to exit.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Floor Coordination (On-Ground)
2. Patient Flow Management
3. Doctor Coordination/Patient Coordination
4. Gathering Patient Experience & Feedback
Qualifications
- Education: MBA in Healthcare Management or Operations
- Experience: Prior experience in hospital/clinic operations or patient care coordination is highly preferred.
Shift Details & Location
- Shift Timings: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
