We are looking for a Senior SEO Executive with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in search engine optimisation and a strong understanding of modern AI-driven SEO practices. The ideal candidate should be able to manage end-to-end SEO strategies, adapt to search engine algorithm changes, and leverage AI tools to enhance content performance, keyword research, and technical SEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
- Conduct advanced keyword research using traditional and AI-powered SEO tools
- Optimise website content for search intent, EEAT, and AI-generated search results (SGE / AI Overviews)
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Jasper, Surfer SEO, etc.) for content optimisation, topic clustering, and SEO insights
- Perform technical SEO audits (site speed, crawlability, indexing, schema, Core Web Vitals)
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools
- Identify SEO issues and implement corrective actions
- Build and manage high-quality backlink strategies
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, AI search trends, and SEO best practices
- Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams
- Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of proven experience as an SEO Executive or SEO Specialist
- Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Hands-on experience with AI-based SEO tools and automation
- Familiarity with AI-generated content optimisation and prompt engineering basics
- Experience with tools like:
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Search Console
- Ahrefs / SEMrush / Moz
- Screaming Frog
- AI tools (ChatGPT, Surfer SEO, Jasper, etc.)
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and website CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience with SEO for AI search results and featured snippets
- Knowledge of schema markup and structured data
- Understanding of voice search and conversational AI SEO
- Basic knowledge of Python or automation scripts for SEO tasks
