We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Immigration Tele Counselor to guide prospective clients through immigration and visa processes. The candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide accurate information about immigration programs, assess client eligibility, and convert leads into enrollments while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to immigration inquiries.
- Provide detailed information about various immigration programs Study Visa, Tourist Visa, etc.).
- Assess client profiles and suggest suitable immigration pathways.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to ensure conversion.
- Explain documentation requirements, timelines, and fee structures.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with documentation and case processing teams.
- Achieve monthly counseling and conversion targets.
- Ensure compliance with immigration laws and company policies.
- Address client concerns and provide post-sales support when required.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong understanding of immigration programs and visa processes.
- Ability to assess eligibility based on client profiles.
- Target-driven with strong sales orientation.
- Good listening skills and customer-centric approach.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in immigration counseling / tele counseling / education counseling (preferred).
