JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE: Front Office Executive / Admin Executive
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE/ JOB:
You will serve as the first point of contact for the organization, manage front desk operations, provide administrative support across departments, and ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.
IMPORTANT JOB FUNCTIONS:
1-Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
2- Manage the front desk ,answer, screen, and forward incoming calls; handle walk-in
queries .
3- Maintain office supplies inventory; place orders and ensure adequate stock levels at all
times.
4- Coordinate courier, dispatch, and mail management, incoming and outgoing
correspondence.
5- Manage meeting room bookings, set up conference rooms, and assist in organizing
company events.
6- Maintain and update visitor logs, employee attendance records, and other administrative
registers.
7- Support HR and other departments with documentation, filing, and record-keeping tasks
8- Liaise with vendors, facility management teams, and service providers for office upkeep
9- Handle petty cash and maintain expense records as directed
10- Perform general administrative duties as assigned by the reporting manager
REPORTING TO: MANAGER-HR
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
1- Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent work experience.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
1- Prior work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or in an administrative role.
2- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional
languages is an advantage.
3- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and presentable demeanor.
4- Good organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
5- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE :
1-3 Years in a similar front office or administrative role.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
