About the Role
We are hiring Patient Relationship Executives / Telecallers for a Work From Home role.
You will be the first point of contact for prospective patients who enquire about cosmetic treatments. Your responsibility is to communicate with patients professionally, understand their concerns, follow up consistently, schedule consultations, and support them throughout their treatment journey.
This role goes beyond regular telecalling. You will manage patient communication from the initial enquiry to consultation, treatment follow-up, and post-operative follow-up.
Comprehensive training will be provided on treatments, consultation processes, communication standards, CRM, and patient handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact new patient leads immediately after receiving enquiries through advertisements, online campaigns, WhatsApp, and other sources.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Understand patient concerns and requirements with empathy.
- Explain the consultation process clearly and confidently.
- Schedule and confirm patient consultation appointments.
- Conduct timely and consistent follow-ups with prospective patients.
- Encourage scheduled patients to attend their consultations.
- Follow up with missed appointments and assist with rescheduling.
- Stay in touch with patients after their consultation.
- Follow up with consulted patients regarding their recommended treatment or procedure.
- Maintain communication with patients throughout their treatment journey.
- Coordinate and follow up with patients regarding post-operative care after their procedure.
- Respond to WhatsApp enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Answer basic treatment-related queries after completing internal training.
- Maintain accurate patient and lead information using CRM/software.
- Update lead status, consultation status, follow-up dates, and treatment status regularly.
- Maintain daily calling and follow-up reports.
- Work towards consultation booking and treatment conversion targets.
- Represent Rootland Cosmetic Clinic professionally in every patient interaction.
Required Skills

- Willingness to learn about cosmetic healthcare treatments and patient communication.
Languages

Anyone with good communication skills can apply.
Candidates from BBA, Nursing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Allied Health Sciences, Biology-related disciplines, or other educational backgrounds are welcome to apply.

Salary & Incentives
Fixed Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on performance during the interview)
Variable / Performance Incentives: Up to ₹40,000 per month
Total Earning Potential: Up to ₹60,000 per month
Performance incentives will depend on the achievement of defined performance, consultation, follow-up, and conversion targets.

Interview Process
Round 1: Online Interview
Shortlisted candidates will attend the first interview online.
Round 2: Offline Interview
Candidates selected after the first round will attend an offline, in-person interview at Rootland Cosmetic Clinic, LB Nagar, Hyderabad.
