Job Summary
- Need to go out for office work.
- Maintains stock list and other list re to office work as an when required.
- Should have good knowledge of negotiation for any materials related to office
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for interviews.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Prepare HR documents, including offer letters, appointment letters, and employment contracts.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training programs.
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (ONLY TYBCOM OR MCOM)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
