Location: Bengaluru – Head Office
No of Years of Exp: 5+ Year experience as business head for consumer Electronics
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; MBA is preferred
CTC: 10 - 12 Lakh
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency across the company
- Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales members
- Foster relationships with key HQ, clients, and partners
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Drive innovation and improvements within the organization
- Manage the company’s resources and budget effectively
- Proven experience in a preferably as a Business Head for White Goods/Consumer Electronics in channel & retail
- Strong track record of driving business growth and profitability
