- Tool stewardship: ensure trackers and dashboards function correctly; if an issue arises, liaise with the internal or external developer until resolved.
- Order booking support: run a purchase order verification checklist and compile a clean order-booking pack.
Eligibility
- Graduate or diploma holder with 2–6 years in sales coordination, vendor registration, or tenders.
Strong organisation and follow-up; comfortable with portals and document control; good email etiquette
Working Hours:
- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- First & Third Saturday Off
- Sundays Off
