Role Overview
The Presales Executive is responsible for managing customer inquiries, qualifying leads, coordinating site visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving conversion targets for premium residential real estate projects. The role involves proactive customer engagement, CRM management, follow-ups, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the initial stages of the sales cycle.
The incumbent will act as the first point of contact for prospective customers and play a key role in generating qualified site visits and supporting overall sales objectives through effective communication and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Handling & Customer Engagement
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and digital platforms.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about projects, pricing, amenities, and availability.
- Qualify leads based on customer preferences, budget, and buying intent.
- Ensure timely and professional responses to all customer inquiries.
2. Site Visit Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate customer site visits with the sales team.
- Confirm appointments and ensure smooth customer visit experiences.
- Follow up with customers after site visits to gather feedback and assess interest levels.
- Maintain records of walk-ins, direct inquiries, and channel partner leads.
3. CRM & Data Management
- Update and maintain customer information, follow-up details, and lead status in CRM/ERP systems.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all customer interactions.
- Maintain proper sales funnel tracking and data integrity.
- Generate daily follow-up and inquiry reports.
4. Sales Coordination & Support
- Coordinate with sales managers and relationship teams for lead allocation and customer handling.
- Support the sales team in achieving booking and conversion targets.
- Share customer feedback and market insights with internal teams.
- Assist in maintaining project presentations and customer information documents.
5. Customer Relationship Management
- Build positive relationships with prospective customers through regular follow-ups.
- Address customer queries and concerns in a professional manner.
- Deliver high-quality customer service aligned with company standards.
- Maintain strong brand representation during all customer interactions.
6. Marketing & Campaign Support
- Support marketing campaigns by managing campaign-generated leads effectively.
- Coordinate with digital marketing teams for inquiry tracking and response management.
- Assist in promotional activities, events, and exhibitions when required.
- Monitor lead quality and response effectiveness.
7. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly lead status reports.
- Track inquiry sources, conversions, and customer engagement metrics.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer communications and follow-ups.
- Support management reporting and MIS preparation.
8. Process Adherence & Compliance
- Follow company sales processes, CRM protocols, and customer communication guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and business information.
9. Team Coordination
- Coordinate effectively with presales, sales, marketing, and channel partner teams.
- Ensure smooth communication and lead handover processes.
- Support team objectives and contribute to achieving departmental goals.
10. Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve customer response and follow-up processes.
- Stay updated on project details, competitor offerings, and market trends.
- Contribute ideas to improve customer engagement and lead conversion efficiency.

Pay: Up to ₹32,905.33 per month
