Role Description The Clinical Psychologist will provide evidence-based assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions for individuals experiencing a wide range of behavioral health conditions in an on-site setting in Bengaluru. This full-time role involves conducting detailed psychological evaluations, administering and interpreting psychological tests, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering counseling and psychotherapy sessions. The Clinical Psychologist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and participate in case discussions and supervision. The role also includes contributing to ongoing research and clinical improvement initiatives, engaging in psychoeducation for clients and families, and supporting outreach activities that promote mental health awareness.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Psychology and Counseling Psychology, with the ability to apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
- Proficiency in Psychological Testing, including administration, scoring, and interpretation of standardized assessments.
- Demonstrated experience working in Mental Health settings, providing clinical care for diverse behavioral and emotional conditions.
- Ability to offer Clinical Supervision or peer consultation, supporting high standards of clinical practice.
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or a closely related field from a recognized institution.
- Relevant professional licensure or eligibility for licensure/registration as per local regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with a client-centered and ethically grounded approach.
- Experience with child and adolescent populations, trauma-informed care, or psychosomatic conditions is an advantage.
- Comfort working in an on-site clinical environment and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams.
Pay: ₹14,432.77 - ₹51,631.49 per month
