Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive with 1.5+ years of experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, understand client requirements, and support the sales team by identifying business opportunities, qualifying leads, and preparing proposals. The candidate should be confident in interacting with domestic and international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries from potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions and services.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
- Conduct requirement gathering calls with clients.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and project estimations with the technical team.
- Coordinate with developers, project managers, and sales teams for solution planning.
- Maintain CRM records and track lead status.
- Follow up with prospective clients to nurture leads.
- Support the sales team in preparing RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
- Stay updated with IT industry trends, technologies, and company offerings.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to non-technical clients.
- Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Applications, IT, or a related field.
- 1.5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, IT Sales, Business Development, or a similar role within an IT company.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in selling Web Development, Mobile App Development, Digital Marketing, AI, or Custom Software solutions.
- Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience handling international clients (US, UK, Australia, Europe) is preferred.
