About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Source-to-Pay (S2P) Specialist with hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Management, and Accounts Payable.
The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of end-to-end S2P processes, Oracle Fusion configuration, troubleshooting, and process optimization, with experience working across multiple legal entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement / S2P, including Self-Service Procurement, Requisitioning, Purchasing, Receiving, Sourcing, Supplier Management/SLM, Catalogs, and Supplier Portal.
- Configure procurement workflows, approval hierarchies, purchasing controls, and validation rules.
- Support Sourcing activities including RFQs, RFPs, auctions, supplier evaluations, and award management.
- Manage supplier onboarding, qualification, supplier governance, and supplier master data.
- Support Oracle Fusion Accounts Payable, invoice processing, 2-way/3-way matching, invoice approvals, and payment processing.
- Support Oracle Fusion integrations, testing, enhancements, and process optimization. OIC experience is preferred.
- Support procurement/AP controls, SOX compliance, segregation of duties, and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, AP, IT, and business stakeholders and provide functional documentation and support.
What We're Looking For
- 4–5 years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud experience, particularly in Procurement / S2P.
- Strong understanding of Procurement + AP/Finance processes.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion implementations and/or production support.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Oracle Cloud Procurement / Financials certification is a plus.
