Roles & Responsibilities
- Experience in Merchant Banking activities like Public Issue, Rights Issue, Buy Backs, Delisting, Preferential Allotments, AIF Registrations etc.
- Practical experience of handling Listing Regulations queries
- Good knowledge of Listing & ICDR Regulations
- Liaison with Regulatory Authorities - SEBI and Stock Exchanges (BSE & NSE)
Educational Qualifications & Skills
- Company Secretary (CS) having 6-7 years of relevant work experience with a Merchant Banking, Consulting or a Listed Company
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex transactions
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills for liaising with diverse stakeholders, clients, and regulators.
- Solid understanding of the capital markets landscape, including regulations and compliance requirements.
Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
