Position Summary
We are looking for a passionate, caring, and energetic Preschool Teacher who loves working with young children (2–6 years).
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate learning activities aligned with the school's curriculum.
- Conduct engaging circle time, rhymes, storytelling, phonics, numeracy, art & craft, and sensory activities.
- Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of every child at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly classroom.
- Observe and record each child's developmental progress and prepare progress reports.
- Manage classroom behaviour using positive guidance techniques.
- Prepare teaching-learning materials and classroom displays.
- Organize celebrations, events, and school activities.
- Work collaboratively with other teachers, caretakers, and school management.
- Follow school policies, safety procedures, and child protection guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Early Childhood Education preferred).
- NTT, Montessori, ECCEd, or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Previous experience in a preschool or primary school is an advantage.
- Freshers with a passion for teaching young children may also apply.
