Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage international travel inquiries while ensuring exceptional customer experience and relationship management.
- Design, strategize, and oversee customized international holiday packages based on client preferences, budgets, and travel objectives.
- Supervise end-to-end flight booking operations including reservations, cancellations, re-issuance, refunds, and itinerary management.
- Handle post-sales operations and ensure seamless coordination for holiday packages and air ticketing services.
- Guide and support the travel operations/sales team to achieve service excellence and business targets.
- Develop cost-effective and premium travel solutions while maintaining high service standards and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, DMCs, hotels, visa partners, and other travel suppliers.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, issue resolution, and high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor team performance, operational efficiency, and adherence to company policies and service standards.
- Stay updated with international travel trends, destination knowledge, airline policies, and market developments.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in International Holidays, Travel Consulting, or Travel Operations.
- Prior experience in handling a team or managerial responsibilities will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of international destinations, customized holiday planning, airfare systems, and travel operations.
- Ability to independently create premium and detailed travel itineraries for diverse international destinations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, sales, and customer relationship management skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in travel booking tools, CRM systems, and itinerary management.
Educational Qualification
- Graduation in any stream is mandatory.
- Preferred Qualification: BTTM / MBA in Tourism & Hospitality Management or equivalent specialization.
