About the Role
I-LFT Fitness is looking for a proactive, organized, and people-oriented Executive Assistant to support client success, business operations, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities-Client Success & Relationship Management
- Follow up with clients for daily nutrition, workout, and habit tracking.
- Coordinate appointments, review sessions, and consultation schedules.
- Send reminders for meetings, assessments, and follow-ups.
- Ensure a smooth and exceptional client experience throughout their fitness journey.
New Client Acquisition
- Respond to new enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Schedule consultation calls with prospective clients.
- Maintain enquiry records and regularly follow up with leads.
- Coordinate with the coaching team to ensure timely consultation scheduling.
Client Documentation & Records
- Collect and organize client history forms, blood reports, body composition reports, and other relevant documents.
- Maintain accurate digital records for every client.
- Update Excel sheets, dashboards, CRM, and internal databases.
- Ensure all client information is complete before onboarding.
Payments & Administration
- Follow up with clients regarding pending payments and membership renewals.
- Track invoices, payment status, and renewal dates.
- Generate reports and maintain payment records.
- Support day-to-day administrative operations.
Marketing & Content Coordination
- Coordinate with marketing agencies regarding campaigns and deliverables.
- Follow up on content calendars and project timelines.
- Assist with content planning, captions, and basic content creation.
- Coordinate photos, videos, and client testimonials.
General Operations
- Manage calendars, meetings, and internal coordination.
- Handle professional communication through WhatsApp, email, and phone calls.
- Assist in maintaining operational processes and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in administration, customer support, operations, executive assistance, or client relationship management.
- Experience in the fitness, healthcare, wellness, or service industry is an added advantage.

Compensation: Fixed salary with performance-based incentives.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
