About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Operations Supervisor to oversee daily business operations, ensure smooth workflow, and manage team performance efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage day-to-day operational activities Monitor team performance and ensure productivity targets are achieved Coordinate with different departments for smooth business operations Maintain operational records and prepare reports Handle inventory, process management, and workflow optimization Resolve operational issues and ensure timely execution of tasks Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Train and guide team members for better performance
Eligibility Criteria:
MBA / BBA / Graduate in Management or relevant field Freshers and experienced candidates can apply Strong communication and leadership skills Basic knowledge of operations management Problem-solving and decision-making ability Good in MS Excel and reporting
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
