About the Role
You will be the first senior marketing hire at Astiva AI.
You will build and own our complete digital marketing strategy across SEO, Answer Engine Optimisation, Generative Engine Optimisation, content marketing, email marketing, webinars, social media, and analytics.
You will work directly with the Co-Founder & CEO, manage two junior team members, and lead Astiva AI’s monthly webinar programme as a key authority-building and demand-generation channel.
This is a hands-on role. You will be expected to both strategise and execute.
What You Will OwnSEO: Technical, On-Page and Off-Page SEO
- Own the complete SEO strategy, including technical audits, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, structured data, internal linking, indexing, and crawl health.
- Build topical authority through keyword clusters, hub-and-spoke content architecture, content silos, and entity optimisation.
- Manage Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools.
- Execute link-building campaigns through guest posts, digital PR, journalist outreach, and expert contribution platforms.
- Secure a minimum of two relevant guest-post opportunities per month.
- Manage and review SEO execution completed by the marketing intern.
AEO and GEO: AI Search Visibility
- Own Astiva AI’s end-to-end Answer Engine Optimisation and Generative Engine Optimisation strategy.
- Optimise content for AI citations using answer-first structures, definition blocks, FAQs, structured lists, schema markup, and source attribution.
- Build and maintain Astiva AI’s entity presence across relevant directories, review platforms, business profiles, and third-party publications.
- Manage listings on platforms such as G2 and Capterra.
- Develop monthly benchmark reports and original research studies that can earn citations from AI platforms, journalists, publishers, and industry analysts.
- Use the Astiva AI platform to monitor and improve Astiva AI’s own search visibility.
- Manage Reddit and Quora participation as part of the broader AI citation strategy.
- Maintain llms.txt, schema markup, structured data, and entity information to help AI systems understand Astiva AI accurately.
Content Marketing
- Develop and manage the monthly content calendar.
- Plan blog posts, pillar pages, comparison pages, glossary content, case studies, methodology articles, and industry research.
- Brief, edit, and review content produced by junior team members.
- Ensure every article meets Astiva AI’s content quality, SEO, AEO, and GEO standards before publication.
- Write one to two flagship content pieces every month.
- Own content distribution across LinkedIn, X, Medium, Substack, Quora, Reddit, Google Business Profile, and other relevant platforms.
- Repurpose content for different platforms while avoiding keyword and search-intent cannibalisation.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, including:
- Welcome email series
- Free user to trial nurture
- Trial to paid conversion campaigns
- Weekly newsletter
- Webinar promotions
- Monthly benchmark and research distribution
Webinar and Event Marketing
- Plan, promote, produce, and host at least one Astiva AI webinar every month.
- Develop webinar formats including:
- AI search visibility masterclasses
- Live product demonstrations
- Industry expert panels
- Customer success stories
- Own the complete webinar lifecycle, including topic selection, speaker coordination, landing pages, email promotion, attendee management, live hosting, recording, and follow-up.
- Repurpose every webinar into YouTube videos, blog posts, social media clips, email content, and short-form educational assets.
- Coordinate with the Business Development team to follow up with webinar registrants and convert relevant attendees into product trials.
Social Media Management
- Manage the Astiva AI LinkedIn company page and X account.
- Publish a minimum of three posts per week on each platform.
- Draft founder-led LinkedIn content for the Co-Founder’s personal profile.
- Coordinate with the Creative Intern for graphics, videos, carousels, and other visual assets.
- Build a consistent social media calendar aligned with product marketing, research, webinars, and company updates.
Team Management
- Manage and mentor two junior marketing team members.
- Assign clear weekly deliverables and review execution quality.
- Create repeatable marketing processes, checklists, templates, and reporting systems.
- Help junior team members strengthen their SEO, content, social media, and analytics capabilities.
Analytics and Reporting
- Own the weekly marketing performance dashboard.
- Monitor GA4, Google Search Console, email performance, social media, AI citations, free-tool usage, webinar registrations, and trial conversions.
- Set up and manage UTM tracking, conversion attribution, and GA4 event tracking.
- Connect marketing activities to measurable outcomes such as qualified traffic, sign-ups, trials, and conversions.
- Present a monthly marketing review to the Co-Founder covering:
- What worked
- What did not work
- Key learnings
- Priorities for the following month
Required Qualifications
- 4 to 6 years of B2B SaaS digital marketing experience.
- Proven technical SEO experience, including crawlability, Core Web Vitals, structured data, site architecture, and internal linking.
- Hands-on experience with AEO, GEO, AI search optimisation, or content optimisation for AI-generated answers.
- Experience hosting, producing, or managing webinars and live online events.
- Comfortable speaking on camera and presenting to a professional audience.
- Strong content strategy, writing, editing, and content quality-assurance skills.
- Ability to develop and manage a content calendar from planning through publication and distribution.
- Proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs or Semrush, and email marketing platforms such as Brevo or HubSpot.
- Strong analytical ability with a focus on turning data into decisions and actions.
- Experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led startup environment.
- Able to work independently and take complete ownership of marketing outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience at an AI, SEO SaaS, B2B SaaS, or MarTech company.
- Familiarity with AI Search Visibility, AISO, Answer Engine Optimisation, GEO, or competitive intelligence platforms.
- Experience with programmatic SEO, entity SEO, topical authority, or content-cluster frameworks.
- Advanced schema markup knowledge.
- Podcast, video, or webinar content production experience.
- Experience publishing original research, benchmark reports, data-led content, or industry studies.
- Experience with product-led growth or free-tool marketing.
- MBA or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
