Job Summary
Avillion Farms is looking for an AutoCAD 2D Architect with experience in preparing architectural working drawings, GFC drawings, elevations, sections, and roof-related drawings.
The role requires strong AutoCAD 2D skills, knowledge of architectural construction drawings, and the ability to prepare accurate drawings for project execution.
Key Responsibilities: Architectural 2D Drawings
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD 2D.
- Prepare floor plans, elevations, and sections.
- Develop front, rear, and side elevations.
- Prepare architectural working drawings.
- Prepare GFC (Good for Construction) drawings.
- Prepare door and window details.
- Prepare staircase details.
- Prepare toilet and kitchen drawings.
- Prepare flooring and ceiling drawings.
- Prepare wall, partition, and architectural construction details.
- Incorporate drawing revisions based on project requirements.
Roof Plans and Roof Elevations
- Prepare detailed roof plans and roof elevations.
- Develop front, rear, and side elevations showing roof profiles.
- Prepare sloped and pitched roof drawings.
- Detail roof slopes, ridge levels, eaves, and fascia.
- Prepare parapet, coping, and roof-edge details.
- Detail gutters, downpipes, and roof projections.
- Prepare roof sections and roof profiles.
- Prepare roof-to-wall junction details where required.
- Ensure accurate levels, dimensions, slopes, and heights.
- Coordinate roof drawings with structural and MEP requirements.
- Update drawings based on architectural and site requirements.
GFC and Construction Documentation
- Prepare construction-ready GFC drawing sets.
- Ensure drawings contain accurate dimensions, levels, annotations, and details.
- Review drawings for errors and missing information.
- Maintain drawing revisions and documentation.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, and interior drawings.
- Coordinate with site engineers regarding drawing requirements.
- Review site measurements and update drawings where required.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D.

Qualification
- B.Arch, Diploma in Architecture, or relevant architectural qualification.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in architectural drafting and construction documentation.

Experience in any of the following will be considered relevant:

- Farmhouses
- Independent houses
- Premium residential projects
- Real estate projects
- Resort or hospitality projects
Candidate Profile
The candidate should:
- Be proficient in AutoCAD 2D.
- Be able to independently prepare detailed architectural drawings.
- Have practical knowledge of architectural elevations and roof profiles.
- Understand GFC and construction drawings.
- Be comfortable working with feet and inches measurements.
- Have good attention to detail and drawing accuracy.
- Be able to coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams.
- Be comfortable working from an on-site office in Bengaluru.
