Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Amazon Operations Manager to build and manage our Amazon Seller Central operations from the ground up. You will oversee account setup, product launches, listing management, compliance, and daily operations while driving business growth in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and manage Amazon Seller Central accounts, Brand Registry, and account compliance.
- Manage product listings, catalog updates, flat files, and ensure listing health.
- Handle Amazon support cases, reimbursements, compliance, and policy-related issues.
- Coordinate with inventory, PPC, design, and compliance teams to ensure smooth operations and successful product launches.
- Monitor account performance, customer service, and resolve operational issues.
- Develop scalable SOPs and improve processes to support business growth.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central operations.
- Strong expertise in listings, flat files, Brand Registry, and Amazon compliance.
- Experience with FBA reimbursements, case management, and tools like Helium 10 or Sellerboard.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills with experience managing multiple Amazon marketplaces.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
