About the Role
We are hiring an IT Hardware & AV Sales Executive who has worked on physical technology products. This role is for someone who understands laptops, desktops, AV solutions, and corporate client requirements and wants to grow in B2B sales.
We serve Corporates, Educational Institutions, Government Organizations, Sports Leagues, Sports Coaching Academies, Production Houses, Broadcasters, and Houses of Worship by providing innovative technology solutions that enhance communication, collaboration, and content creation.
As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to drive business expansion, develop strategic customer relationships, and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
Position Overview
The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating qualified leads, developing client relationships.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills with experience in B2B technology sales.
This role requires frequent client interactions, field visits, solution presentations, and coordination with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales
· Identify, develop, and acquire new B2B customers across target industries.
- Generate business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, digital outreach, and field visits.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Conduct customer meetings, requirement gathering, and solution discussions.
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, demonstrations, and commercial proposals.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
- Develop strategic account plans for key customers and enterprise accounts.
Client Relationship Management
· Establish and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers, procurement teams, IT heads, facility managers, and business leaders.
- Understand customer business challenges and propose suitable solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a trusted advisor for customers throughout the sales cycle.
Market Intelligence
· Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Identify new market segments and growth opportunities.
- Provide market feedback to management for business planning and product development.
Coordination & Reporting
· Collaborate with technical, operations, marketing, and project teams for successful project execution.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and forecasts through CRM systems.
- Prepare periodic sales reports, pipeline updates, and business development plans.
- Participate in exhibitions, industry events, seminars, and networking activities.
Desired Candidate Profile Educational Qualification
· Graduate or Postgraduate degree preferred.
- Candidates from Electronics & Communication, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines will be preferred.
Experience
· 2–6 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Technical Sales, Solution Sales, AV Sales, Broadcast Equipment Sales, IT Infrastructure Sales, or Technology Solution Selling.
- Experience handling enterprise or institutional clients will be an added advantage.
Skills Required
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
- Professional presentation and proposal preparation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling capabilities.
