Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage trainer schedules and client appointments.
- Handle all walk-ins, calls, and membership inquiries.
- Convert trials into paid memberships.
- Maintain daily sheets, trial sheets, enquiry sheets, and membership data in the CRM software.
- Initiate renewal follow-ups before membership expiry.
- Follow up with clients who have taken trial sessions.
- Track daily sales performance and report to the Studio Manager.
Pay Scale: 20K - 35K + incentives
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
