About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and represent our brand in the market. You’ll be the key point of contact between the company and customers, helping convert leads into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, meetings, and networking
- Present and promote company products/services to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Negotiate deals, close sales, and achieve monthly targets
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports
- Follow up with leads and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing and internal teams for lead generation
- Track sales performance and maintain CRM records
Sales executives typically focus on finding new customers, maintaining relationships, negotiating deals, and closing sales to generate revenue for the company
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 0–3 years of experience in sales / business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently and in a team
