Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM professional with 5+ years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM modules. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and compliant HCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support Oracle Fusion HCM implementations and enhancements.
- Configure and support core HCM modules based on business requirements.
- Perform functional setups including workforce structures, security, approvals, and workflows.
- Prepare functional design documents (FDD), configurations, and test scenarios.
- Support data conversion, integrations, and report development.
- Handle production support, issue analysis, and root cause resolution.
- Participate in testing cycles: Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and Deployment support.
- Coordinate with technical teams for integrations and custom reports.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide end-user support and knowledge transfer.
Mandatory Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Strong hands-on experience with one or more modules:
- Core HR
- Absence Management
- Payroll
- OTL (Time & Labor)
- Benefits
- Talent Management (Recruiting, Performance, Learning)
- Experience with HCM Security roles, data roles, and privilege setup.
- Knowledge of Fast Formulas.
- Experience with HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports.
- Strong understanding of HCM end‑to‑end business processes.
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Experience in application support and configuration activities.
Good to Have
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud integrations (HCM Extracts, HDL, REST/SOAP).
- Exposure to HDL / HCM Data Loader.
- Knowledge of OTBI reporting.
- Experience working in global implementations.
- Prior experience in AMS / support projects.
