We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Student Counselor to guide prospective and current students regarding educational programs, admissions, career pathways, and academic opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, counseling abilities, and a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, admissions, eligibility, and career opportunities.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
- Assist students through the admission and enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate student records and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Conduct career guidance and academic counseling sessions.
- Explain course structures, fees, scholarships, and institutional policies.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth student onboarding.
- Participate in educational fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional events.
- Achieve admission and enrollment targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in student counseling, academic advising, admissions, or sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
