Job Title: Field Sales Executive
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Meet customers and understand their requirements for doors and windows
- Promote and sell Fenesta doors and windows products
- Conduct site visits and attend client meetings
- Generate leads through architects, builders, contractors, and homeowners
- Explain product features, pricing, and provide quotations to customers
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into sales
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain daily visit reports
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements
- Prior experience in field sales is preferred (doors/windows, building materials, construction, interiors, or related industries preferred)
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Strong negotiation and customer-handling ability
- Two-wheeler preferred for field visits
- Basic knowledge of mobile apps/computers for reporting and communication
