Job Summary:
We are looking for a presentable and professional Receptionist with good communication skills and experience in handling front desk operations. The candidate must have working knowledge of CRM software for managing customer data, inquiries, and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and appointments.
- Maintain visitor records and front desk activities.
- Update and manage customer information in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal departments for customer queries and follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Presentable personality and professional attitude.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
