Job Summary
As a Human Resources Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the HR function within the organisation. You will be responsible for managing HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure they align with the company's goals and objectives.
Duties
- Supervising the HR team and providing guidance on HR matters
- Communicating with employees at all levels regarding HR issues
- Utilising data analysis skills to inform HR decisions
- Managing recruitment processes using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo
- Presenting training and development programmes to staff
- Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of HR Information Systems (HRIS) like PeopleSoft
Skills
- Strong understanding of Human Resources principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in data analysis for informed decision-making
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Understanding of policy, system like ISO , ohsha
- Can maintain KPI, KRA ,
- Have knowledge of ESS,PMS, trainings related to HR, labour law, MIS
