We are seeking a passionate and creative Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team at a premier vegetarian restaurant. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in plant-based cuisine, menu development, and sourcing seasonal, sustainable ingredients. You will oversee all kitchen operations, mentor culinary staff, and ensure consistent quality and presentation across every dish. A strong understanding of global vegetarian and South Indian cooking techniques is essential. You will collaborate with management on cost control, supplier relationships, and evolving our menu to delight guests. Culinary degree and 5+ years of leadership experience required.
