LordsPath is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The role involves generating leads, driving sales, and maintaining accurate customer data while supporting key business development and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to generate and qualify leads
- Promote healthcare services/products such as B2B labs, diagnostics, pathology tests, and wellness packages
- Explain service offerings, pricing, and value propositions to customers and business partners
- Convert inquiries into confirmed orders, appointments, or contracts
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate customer and lead information
- Follow up with prospective customers via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other digital channels
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, and field sales teams for smooth service delivery
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Handle customer objections effectively and provide appropriate solutions
- Collect customer feedback and share market insights with management
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, ethical selling practices, and company policies
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
