Do It My Way Institute is a government-certified Aviation, Hospitality & Customer Service training institute dedicated to developing industry-ready professionals through practical learning and mentorship.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin Associate who can efficiently manage daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage student admission documentation and records.
- Maintain physical and digital files accurately.
- Handle attendance records of students and staff.
- Update CRM, Google Sheets, and internal databases.
- Prepare certificates, ID cards, and student files.
- Manage inventory (books, registers, uniforms, stationery, lanyards, etc.).
- Coordinate with trainers regarding class schedules.
- Answer phone calls and respond to WhatsApp enquiries professionally.
- Assist during admissions, seminars, workshops, and institute events.
- Maintain office cleanliness and administrative organization.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly administrative reports.
- Coordinate with vendors for office requirements.
- Support management with operational and administrative tasks.
Required Skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills (English, Hindi & Punjabi)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
- Professional attitude with a positive mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- 0–2 years of administrative experience (Freshers with strong organizational skills may also apply)
- Experience in educational institutes is an added advantage

Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday ( 2nd and 4th saturday off)
- 8:45 AM – 4:45 PM
- Location: Hoshiarpur, Punjab
Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
