- Proficient in Bread production
- Handling Versatile bread doughs (brioche, challah, focaccia, sourdough)
- Croissant/Puff lamination & sheeting
- Handling different flours & higher hydration doughs
- Managing & Planning production, assisting in Menu R&D, waste management
- Production and software handling
